to go under the knife or not?

Getting plastic surgery is always a hot topic in hollywood and virtually everywhere these days. But there are reasons to tread carefully when considering going under the knife. Does the name Heidi ring a bell? ...or the bride of wildenstein? yeah very scary. But there are so many amazing results out there as well that don't get as much press. In the end it's a personal decision that everyone needs to make for themselves... within reason of course.

THE BAD:

              gross plastic face is not the desired result... for ANYONE!

                               horrific. nuff said.

THE GOOD:

 If you could look this much better.... why the hell wouldn't you?! beautiful!

                   great example of a simple rhinoplasty... success!

     wow, what a change. All she had done was a rhinoplasty and lip augmentation.
